Ingredients
- 450g sugar
- 335g plain flour
- 160g unsweetened chocolate
- 450g unsalted butter
- 5 large eggs beaten
- 340g walnuts or pecans (Optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170˚C. Grease and flour a 8 x 11 inch tin.
- In saucepan melt butter and chocolate, add sugar, next add eggs, then flour, finally add nuts.
- Pour mixture into pan and cook for 40 mins
