Ingredients
- 1.5 cups plain flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 40 gm butter, diced (cold)
- 150 mls milk (cold)
- Pinch salt
Directions
- Rub chilled butter into flour and baking powder until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Stir in cold milk and form into soft dough.
- Add dates, ginger, sultanas or parsley, cheese, bacon if desired.
- Cut into 6 equal rounds.
- Cook in pre-heated (160°C), unlined air fryer for 13 minutes
