Ingredients
320g brown sugar 170g butter, melted 2 tbsp (14g) milk powder, toasted 2 eggs 1 Tbsp vanilla 210g plain flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp salt 100g milk chocolate, chopped 100g dark chocolate, chopped
Directions
- Combine brown sugar, melted butter, and toasted milk powder.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until fully incorporated.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing just until no dry flour remains.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate and spread into a 30 x 20cm pan sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 180°C (160°C fan) for 18-23 minutes or until golden brown.
Toasted Milk Powder
- Spread milk powder in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake at 150°C for 5-10 min or until a light golden color.
